This 7ha potion of vacant land is situated in the Rondeberg area. It has 3,5ha of established Kikuyu grass and a very strong borehole with a capacity of 10 000l/hr. The southern views are of Table Mountain and to the east the mountain ranges of the Boland and Cederberg. The land is level and with good road access, so is fairly easy to develop.
