The farm Stillerus (Mostertshoek) is situated about 20 km from Rawsonville, about 30 km from Worcester and about 30 km from Ceres. The farm is situated at the foot of the Wittte Mountains and the boundary of the farm goes up to the top of the mountain. There is a servitude road to the farm (no thoroughfare - the farm is the last one at the foot of the mountain and the road stops at the farm). There are lovely views over the valley and mountains, and at times in winter the mountain is covered with a thick blanket of snow. The farm has a picnic area with a water pool (where one can swim), 2 fountains, a stream and a big cement dam.

The farm is about 301 ha in size. There are 2 Title Deeds - one is where 10 ha is planted with plum trees - plums are packed for the export market. The 10 ha plum orchard is hired by a neighbour, who is responsible for the export of the plums. The 10 ha of plum trees produce on average around 19 ton of fruit per ha. There is ESCOM power. There are 5 boreholes of which only 2 are in use. The 5 boreholes deliver about a total of 189 000 liters per hour. Water is fresh (has been tested) - can be bottled. At the foot of the mountain there are proteas and heather - there is a high demand for flowers for the export market. About 65 ha with water is available (fenced) for further cultivation and of this about 9 ha has game fencing on. The land would be ideal for the cultivation of grapes, fruit orchards (eg. pears, apples, blue berries and olives).

On the other Title Deed is the manor house and other buildings. The manor house is spacious ( ± 408 m²) and consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 an en-suite), a swimming pool and large entertainment area. The second house (± 198 m²) also has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is used as a guesthouse at present. Other buildings include cold storage, a workshop, various sheds, a toolroom, small wine cellar, a sheep feedlot and cattle pens. There are 9 staff houses
